Deja Vue!

Arsenal 3 Newcastle 0
It was never going to be easy on Kev's return, doubly so when you have to face Arsenal twice in a few days but let's hope we don't get into the "We battled well, etc? syndrome! Arsenal were miles ahead, the major surprise being that it took them 40 minutes to go ahead when Adebayor (who else?) took advantage of poor challenging to head home. The second half was more of the same and it was left to Flamini to score the clincher with a magnificent 25 yard strike giving Given not an earthly. The talented Fabregas added the third to confirm the home team's superiority.
So, where from here? It seems hard to believe that if Middlesbrough (a team by no means clear of relegation worries) win at St James' this week-end, they will move above The Toon.
Already we are talking of "must wins"--starting on Sunday!
