Blyth Spartans

The region’s top non-league Club is looking for a forward thinking partner to assist its ambitious drive to achieve Football League status.

Blyth Spartans currently play in the Blue Square North which is only two steps from the Football League Division Two.

“The current contract with our shirt sponsor expires at the end of this season and we are offering the opportunity to any company to join us, publicise themselves not only throughout England but also internationally and be part of our determined attempt to bring League football to the area” said Spartans’ Chairman Tony Platten.

Blyth’s England International goalkeeper Adam Bartlett appeals for a new name to be seen on the Spartans’ famous green and white stripes.

Blyth goalkeeper Adam Bartlett (pictured) is part of the England C squad – meaning he is one of the two best keepers outside of the Football League.

“It’s players like Adam that we need to keep and attract to see our dream come true,” suggested Mr. Platten. “While we obviously work hard on a series of income streams we also need a prominent shirt sponsor to help us succeed.”

He thanked Drager Safety for their support over the last three years.
