Bad day followed by a worse day!

When you have a bad day on the Saturday, Sunday is a day where you can sit back and reflect and decide how to go about things the following week.
Well Sunderland had a bad day at Chelsea on Saturday but how do you feel when the Sunday is an even worse day even though you have not kicked a ball!
Bolton, Middlesbrough and Spurs all win. They leapfrog you in the league and you find yourselves in the bottom three!!
Nightmare!
