Derby Matches

Well, I am off to Glasgow tomorrow prior to going to the Rangers v Celtic match at Ibrox. I have only ever been to one other Old Firm match and it was not a pretty sight! Unlike other derbies where there is good, old-fashioned rivalry, this is religion based and is verging on hatred. I know that sounds a bit extreme but I only hope that it has eased off a bit since my last visit.
From Glasgow I am heading off to America for a bit of a holiday and, whilst on the subject of derbies, I shall be in the air when my old team Everton go to Anfield but I am back just in time for the big one between one of my other former teams, Newcastle who take on Sunderland. It may well be that they are not meeting in the best of circumstances, but it has all the makings of a real important day. Tension will prevail!
So I shall be a bit quiet for the next couple of weeks but my first priority was to make sure that I get all the results texted to me as they happen.
Some people may think that to be a bit sad but wen it comes to football.........
