You have no doubt heard and read about the fines dished out to television companies who encouraged viewers to enter competitions that they had no chance of winning.
I have it on good authority that the Football League could face a similar charge for allowing Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough to enter the Carling Cup!!
